- Device & Log Data: Technical logs, cookies, and device IP address details to optimize the layout rendering of our design studio widget.
2. Storage & Security of Uploaded Media
We enforce strict protocols for customer-provided media assets (e.g., photos for ceramic mugs, custom pillows, acrylic blocks):
- Encryption: All photo uploads are encrypted in transit using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols.
- Strict Purpose: Photos are accessed solely by our print technician specialists to adjust image alignments and calibrate print outputs.
- Automatic Purge: Uploaded images are permanently deleted from our active production database 14 days after successful order handover. This time window is maintained only to facilitate free re-prints in the event of shipping damage.
