Welcome to Aaryav. By accessing our platform, designing products through our Personalization Studio, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. User Content & Image Licenses
Our Personalization Studio allows you to upload photos and customize text. When uploading any files, you represent and warrant that:
- You hold the legal copyright, trademark, or appropriate licensing rights to reproduce and print the image.
- The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
- Aaryav is fully indemnified against any legal disputes, claims, or costs arising from unauthorized print requests.
- We reserve the absolute right to cancel any order containing text or imagery we deem obscene, threatening, hateful, or in direct violation of trademark laws.
2. Crafting & Product Specifications
Every product is individually customized and handcrafted. Because of the nature of digital-to-ceramic heat transfers, custom sewing, and acrylic cutting, minor variations in alignment, coloring, or margins are normal characteristics of personalized gifts. The mockups displayed on the Studio widget serve as digital previews; slight variations in final printed textures and shades may occur.
3. Payments, Pricing & Order Cancellations
- All listed prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard taxes unless specified otherwise.
- Due to the customized nature of the orders, full payment authorization is required before our design technicians initiate design checks and manufacturing.
- Once an order enters the manufacturing queue (usually within 12 hours of placement), it cannot be canceled, amended, or modified.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard design checks and manufacturing require 4-5 business days. Transit time is 2-4 days depending on address location.
- While we partner with reputable courier networks to ensure timely handover, Aaryav is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by shipping carrier bottlenecks, weather disturbances, or local logistical interruptions.
5. Return, Exchange & Damage Policies
- Custom Items: Personalized creations are unique to your specifications and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
- Damages or Errors: If your item is delivered damaged or prints with errors, we will manufacture and dispatch a brand-new replacement free of cost. You must email high-resolution photographic proof of the damaged item to support@aaryav.in within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with Aaryav Creations are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
